Choosing a therapist is a very personal, emotional decision. Therapy is a journey, an adventure of sorts, an exploration of our experiences. This exploration involves risk taking, and vulnerability, it presents us with an opportunity to grow. As your therapist my role is to partner with you along this journey. To walk with you, to encourage you, to support you, to challenge you, to gently nudge you out of your comfort zone. My style is to be actively involved, listening intently, asking questions, and providing feedback.
