Autumn is so beautiful. It is my favorite time of the year. It’s not too hot and not too cold. Plus, I like to see the leaves begin to change colors as the Fall approaches. It’s amazing how just like the seasons bring changes in the weather and the scenery , so do our seasons of life bring changes. Accepting that life happens in seasons and that things are bound to change will help to reduce anxiety when things begin to move in different directions than expected. Someone once told me that when things appear to be falling apart, they are only falling into place. Don’t be frustrated by change. Life can be full of seasons and spice, but with the right blend of ingredients, it can come out tasting pretty nice.
